Puget Sound Association of the Deaf (PSAD), founded in 1900, is one of the oldest Deaf Associations in the United States! PSAD is run by, of, and for diverse groups of Deaf people; Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf+, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened.
