Puget Sound Association of the Deaf (PSAD) was founded in 1900, we are the 3rd oldest Deaf Association in the United States! PSAD is run by, of, and for diverse Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf+, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened people

The reason for these changes is we need to be the same on all pages for different groups: diverse Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf+, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened.

What We Do

We provide a comprehensive range of programs and services to the diverse Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf+, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened community living in the Greater Puget Sound Region of Washington State.
